“I don't know what happened to this place. My son and I have been going for years with no issue. But about 5ish months ago, the communication unfortunately started to fail and has just gotten worse. Medications being prescribed incorrectly, messages not being returned and questions just not answered on portal, communication with medical assistants taking multiple back and forths with the doctor and multiple prompts to get an answer. I've been trying now for A MONTH to simply refill my son's prescription with the correct dosing as he tapers off. I've made almost a dozen calls - left multiple messages and been promised multiple times it would be fixed, sent and corrected. I've expressed my frustration and the front desk has sent me direct to the medical assistant who said it would be corrected....NOTHING. IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS and not one call back and no new medicine sent. It's literally ONE medicine. So I'm currently having to crack his prior pills and probably dosing incorrect dosages as her tapers instead of using the correct liquid dosage. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and now I have to take the time to have him reestablished at a new provider since I can no longer trust this one. This is really unprofessional, inexcusable behavior.”
