They have always treated me with kindness and respect, and they are always so quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have. Serene has never made me feel like I was just a client. Whenever I come in I am greeted with a smile. Jo, the nurse practitioner I see, and Dana, my psychotherapist, are 2 of the most AMAZING people that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are so kind, and helpful. I love that they actually listen to me and are willing to explain every aspect of any treatments that I receive. For me, starting therapy was terrifying but Dana put me at ease from our very first appointment. Now my weekly session with Dana is one of the things that I most look forward to. Coming to Serene Integrative has been a life changing event for me and if it's up to me, I will never go to another clinic.”

“How do I begin? I was going through the hardest time of my life. I was living in darkness and grief and a constant state of anxiety and Dana Davis Singer changed my life. I’ve been with her about a year and I’ve transformed into a person I love again. I thought I was doomed and hopeless forever and she is one of the main reasons I love my life again. She always treated me like a family member. She cried with me she laughed with me. I owe her so much. “Absolutely Horrific. The owner of this clinic is extremely unprofessional. I was a patient of the clinic she took over (Therapy VIP, now rebranded Serene Integrative). I was never her patient, yet she interfered in a confidential counseling appointment and maliciously derailed my care with my therapist. I left the clinic, but unfortunately when she took over, my patient records were left in her irresponsible care. As a result, I was harassed, bullied, and intimidated over an illegitimate and phony "bill" that could not be proven and on paper did not exist in any format until two months after I was harassed for it. When I finally did receive the bill, it contained services that had already been paid for by my insurance, therefore making it fraudulent - especially since it was on Serene Integrative letterhead, and I was never a patient under that brand (and I had a zero balance when I left Therapy VIP). Since my previous therapist left my records and Michelle Strigotte had them, I requested my legally entitled records, but they were illegally denied - even my current providers were adamantly denied them by Michelle Strigotte herself. Michelle Strigotte is unethical, and practices dishonest billing and does not abide by HIPAA laws. Last time I left a review, Michelle Strigotte responded in retaliation by posting my patient protected financial information on the review out of malice - I had to delete the review to protect my information. I hope she will not do the same this time, but if she does, it will show her malicious behavior towards someone she never knew. Be very wary of her if you're looking for a therapist, and make sure you get your records - if she illegally withheld them from me and my other providers, she will do it to you too.”
