“I recommend these guys to everyone. They’ve helped me so much, I truly feel like a real person for maybe the first time in my life. I had so many misdiagnosed issues that Jarrod was able to cut through and find the truth. We found a medication that works for me, and now I finally feel like I can operate like everybody else, and that’s one of the best feelings I’ve ever had. The whole staff is fantastic, but I’ve specifically had an amazing experience with Jarrod Crump.”

“This office is horrible and does not answer their phones. When I called to reschedule my appointment in the morning due to a medical emergency, they would not answer their phone and then 30 minutes before my appointment I was contacted and asked to called them back. When I tried to call them back I could not get through to them to which I did leave a voicemail after waiting over 10 minutes. When they called me back, I told them I was frustrated and asked how it was okay to do this and they immediately put me on hold then proceeded to tell me they were busy all day. I have been to their office for over a year and every time I check in, they are not busy and ignore the phones and just chat among themselves. I do not recommend this office to anyone as they are not timely and do not treat their patients well. On top of everything else that I’ve experienced with them, one of the providers I was seeing would constantly ask me about my sex life and we talked about my meds for maybe 5 minutes for a 30 minute appointment. That was incredibly unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. When I spoke with the front desk staff about it after an appointment they dismissed it. I am beyond disappointed in this office and do not recommend this office to anyone. Meridian advanced psychiatry needs to do better.”

“I highly Reccomended Kyanne wright, I came to her after being referred I was told she gets to the root cause vs prescribing many medications that weren’t needed like many other doctors do. I came to her after being misdiagnosed & misprescribed medications for 10 years, I was being told I was bipolar yet kept on a medication that made me act bipolar because it causes impulsive behaviors called rexulti for over 8 years I was told it would “keep me all together” yet it made me a wreck, thankfully a doctor finally caught that & took me off of it but I was then put on lithium a second time when I was never bipolar & it made me worse & I responded to it how it would affect someone who isn’t bipolar yet it couldn’t be explained why I needed to be kept on it other than insurance covering it & was also told I didn’t respond to medications like other bipolar patients, is when I knew I needed another opinion she explained I had only had emotional reactions to abuse which is a normal emotional response for anyone this was when I was 18 when I originally got misdiagnosed she described to me about cptsd on which I had been previously diagnosed for a few years & how that’s all I’ve ever had going on vs bipolar & what bipolar looks like in someone & both types we’re nothing I had experienced before. Not only did Kyanne know all the symptoms of ptsd & there’s many she explained to me more about it that I didn’t know in terms of how it looks & comes across. I finally woke up & had stopped taking lithium & my antidepressant before I came to her for a while & that was the first time I took control & stopped medication myself before seeing Kyanne & had finally been feeling the best & happiest I ever had in many years so we just kept things the same since it was working great for me. Since then I’ve been able to make small but huge changes in my life & I finally like who I am & my decisions & it’s a ripple affect. I’ve healed relationships in my family, set more boundaries with people, it’s been easier to be more mindful when trying to eat healthier, I’ve gotten the closest to God I ever have been now that I can actually feel my emotions & am working out again too plus sleeping without any medication for the first time in a decade which I never thought was possible. I’m Doing things I always talked about wanting to do but never felt capable or well enough to do, I couldn’t improve for years when on so many other medications I didn’t need & was taking all the accountability & blaming myself in counseling every 2 weeks for many years & not making any progress not knowing that entire time that I wasn’t able to make more changes because of being misprescribed not because I wasn’t capable of improving myself. It’s amazing what is possible when you finally have support & your heard, I’m so beyond thankful to have found an amazing educated & genuinely caring doctor like her. It had been hard to find someone in the medical field that genuinely cared about what’s best for me vs just prescribing medications not concerned about the negative affects on my mind body & everyday life & I’m so thankful to have found someone who genuinely cares about her patients. If your looking for a doctor to get to the root of whatever your struggling with & not over Medicate or misdiagnose I recommend kyanne highly. The staff here are also very friendly & welcoming even just over the phone, I highly recommend MAP & Kyanne & very thankful for them!”

“My experience was off to a rocky start when I'd been waiting for several weeks, only for my provider to cancel my "transfer of care" appointment from another location, and I had to wait a week or two to get a new one set up. I shrugged it off because this provider and I got along fairly well. I did find it odd that she was continuously looking into books for medication information. At the time I was pleased that she was just being thorough and commented as much. Fast forward about two months and I meet with her over telehealth one day. She did her thing, we were great, and she said "set up an appointment for 4 weeks from now." Shortly thereafter I also got my meds and to my surprise I got the dose I was supposed to get, plus the dose we had barely talked about then agreed it would be better to wait. So two bottles, 40mg and 60mg of my med. Next thing I know, like the day after when I was about to schedule a meeting, they said that she is no longer with the company (whether fired or she left was unknown; either way I was shocked). Incidentally I needed to set up a transfer of care appointment (so new patient appointment). I tried like 4-5 times by phone, 2-3 times by message and I could never get through. I left voicemails. It's like they've decided they don't want my business. Either way, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth for the place. They came recommended by family and surprise surprise, I just found out they are having difficulties with them too (only they live much closer, I have to drive like 40 min to get there) so I'm switching providers for someone more reliable.”
