“Okay, so first of all I do want to say the actual treatment I received was A++. The staff at MAP on Summit Way was fantastic. From the reception to the actual sessions, I was treated very well, and I think my provider, Nick, provided me great therapy. The reason for two stars off is this: the billing department. If you are on traditional Medicare with a supplement, just a heads up. I gave them all of my Medicare information including my supplement card, and yet they keep referring to my insurance as "Medicare of Idaho" on my billing statements which it is not. I have traditional Medicare which translates to not being Medicare Advantage. There is a huge difference. I also have Plan N, which is a Supplement Plan that pays the remaining 20 percent of which traditional Medicare does not pay. Now, I am liable for "up to" (very important) a 20.00 co-pay for each visit, but here's the thing: I was charged more than 20.00 for each visit. Now, my supplement provider for Plan N also sends me monthly statements as to what they paid. Well, my supplement insurance contacted me and said "payment was denied to MAP because they failed to provide their tax information." I then Contacted MAP and informed them that they needed to provide their tax information to my supplement plan. It seems they never did this. Unfortunately, as much as I really appreciated the care I received including the wonderful staff, I will not be returning to MAP only because I don't have confidence in their billing department. If you have traditional Medicare with a supplement, I would consider looking elsewhere for treatment if proper billing is important to you. Thank you.”

It took a long time to track down my medical records from when I lived out and state, and she was there every step of the way helping to make the process as easy as possible for me. Hands down MAP is the best provider for mental health services in the valley!”

“I can't say enough good things about MAP. I am seen at 2 different clinics, each have been absolutely great, from the front desk all the way to providers and management. I had 1 full round of TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) last year and had an incredible amount of improvement in my depression, as well as many other symptoms. I opted for a 2nd round after a dip in my progress, which is going even better than the 1st. The TMS team is wonderfully supportive and enthusiastic, closely monitoring each patient, helping the whole process to be surprisingly easy and actually enjoyable. I recommend this alternative treatment to everyone I possibly can, as well as MAP, a stellar psychiatric clinic, which I am pleased to be a part of. I've had some good experiences and some awfully terrible experiences at other psychiatry clinics before, I've had zero issues at MAP and look forward to continuing my treatment there.”
