What patients say on Google
“Greeting, Courtesy, empathy, listening, patience and attention were all excellent and genuine. I felt comfortable immediately. This was my first visit and I’m already scheduled for my next. I feel like we really connected and somebody is going to really ask the right questions and help me deal deeply into my problems and find solutions and/or ways to cope. Finally!”
“I've never liked going to the Dr I always cancel appointments but my first appointment at MAP was a huge relief the entire staff from front desk to the nurse and both Dr's were delightful they made me feel comfortable and I was actually able to relax and open up. I've never had such a great experience at a Dr's office !! The office it's self was cozy I almost felt at home. Thank you MAP your all very much appreciated!!”
“I had no issues with Dean—he was kind and professional. My issue is entirely with the office and billing department. I started treatment in February 2025 and continued through August, attending multiple appointments per month. At no point was I informed that my insurance would not cover my visits. I was never asked for payment at check-in, never told I was self-pay, and never warned that I was accumulating a balance. Then, months later, I was suddenly told I owed nearly $3,000. When I called billing thinking there must be a mistake, I was told the charges were correct. I was also told—for the first time—that if I had done virtual appointments, they would have been free. This was never disclosed to me at any point, despite frequent visits and my financial situation. I worked with billing to set up a payment plan based on what I could afford. They agreed, set up autopay, and I have not missed a single payment. Months later, I received a call saying billing is under “new management” and that they may either demand larger payments or send me to collections, despite honoring the payment plan for months. I was also told the office does not verify insurance benefits at all, which is extremely concerning given the lack of transparency around costs. This is a mental health clinic, yet the way this situation has been handled has caused me significant stress, anxiety, and emotional harm. I do not recommend this clinic due to their billing practices and lack of transparency.”
“I felt comfortable within a few minutes of speaking with Dan. This is the first time ever in my life where all of my symptoms are being looked at at once. Grateful to have been referred to MAP!”
