“My counselor ghosted me and I never heard back. Pretty contrary to any kind of mental health service. If anything, your company did more damage than help. If you are ND and looking for counseling be prepared for over 40 pages of paperwork they want you to do on your own before you can start. It felt like a part time job. They ask for the same information over and over and over again. They should pay employees to do that. My case manager Emily was great though.”
