“This isn’t about the company itself. This goes to a personal provider experience. I wasn’t going to write a review but I do feel it is best for those who are seeking a professional who is passionate, knowledgeable and willing to listen verse the opposite. Lani, o how the first session went. This is literally how it went down. First off it wasn’t in person (thank god on that, didn’t want to waste gas now I think on it), she starts of saying she didn’t want me to talk about anything as in what is my situation. I said ok, bit old for me knowing full well that is a BIG factor in even getting to work with me due to trust issues. I tell her diagnosis and medication. She than tells me well I don’t feel comfortable with giving you this. I said she ok, not an issues I will see someone else(meaning taking my insurance and see someone else). Her attitude changed to giving me set medications.(which went off in my head im a patient with money for her bills)I do put blame on Lani for treating me badly and making me have to once again advocate for myself which I have been doing for more then half my life. Lani, the thoughts and my husbands are is why are you even doing this line of work when you don’t want to help those who had/have it hard and have disorders literally from things out of their control. Lani I feel bad for you that you lack empathy or even the willingness to take our first session seriously and I do hope you can understand why I do not want to be your patient anymore. In order for you to understand your clients, you need to actually get to know them to understand what will be in their best interests and not yours. As far as the person I spoke today to do prior authorization for on medications, thank you for listening and understanding my concerns, emotions, struggles, and my situation. I want to also thank you about getting me over to a new provider and explaining to her what happened. I’m very grateful and thankful for you taking the time to help me when I was ready to just give up. Like I have mentioned this isn’t a review on the company but a review on an individual. I wouldn’t give this company another chance if I didn’t have faith, trust and ability to trust another provider from the same company. I just don’t want anyone to have an experience like I did because I been doing this for years and know how exhausting it is to even try again to find someone when you’re feeling already horrible. Hope this helps the clarity on why I wrote the review and also along with it not being company’s issues but a provider.”

“I have use almost every service from canvi, I’ve been a client for over three years and can honestly say I’ve been treated with dignity and respect from the very start. My therapist is a perfect fit (it takes time to find a perfect fit), I’m able to present my situation and my councilor is able to provide amazing support/advice. I’m in katamine therapy twice a week, they have a group of staff that handle ketamine (not always the same person) so getting to know each person was important (it takes time). I have them handling my medications and from intake Thu now they have done everything in their powers to keep everything consistent. Between doctors, insurance, and pharmacist this process never rests solely on canvi. It has taken a few times to get the medications in order but it’s a massive process, canvi has helped me through a few situations when insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies wanted to play games (I’m thankful for the guidance “it takes time”). Furthermore the front desk has been the front line of the company. They have always treated me professionally and kindly. The lobby can become busy at time and being patient is key, guess what “It takes a few moments at most”. This said they are prompt with follow up calls, they have changed my visit times when my schedule needed it, they have helped me through panic attacks mid attack by just noticing and redirecting (this is a front desk not a field doctor). Overall I’ve seen vast improvements in my life and mental health a honestly would be where I am without the dedication of the team. Thank you for helping learn to (take my time and be patient) it’s a process and recovery isn’t instant. P.S they have treated my service animal with kindness every time he’s accompanied me. They are animal friendly. I’ve read the reviews and feel like the people must have gone in the wrong door, it is a complex…. I mean the building !”
