“I liked seeing Mary, she was very kind. Her staff on the other hand cannot be bothered to help you. The nurse is always short when I speak to her. She does not call you back when she says she will and doesn't seem to ever know what's going on in your chart. It makes me feel like my care is not being documented fully or she is not reading the notes. Then I called for an appointment and was told that they had an opening next Thursday. I put it in my calender for Thursday next week. It was actually this Thursday in 2 days so I missed my appointment and then got charged for it. Even though I immediately put it on my calendar and had no intention of missing it. I feel like I was set up for failure. Instead of working with the staff, I would rather go without medication until I can see my primary care. The staff needs to do better, especially working in such a sensitive field of work. As a medical assistant myself, I would NEVER tell someone that I am going to call them back and then not do it. I also always spoke to my patients with kindness and reviewed the chart before telling a patient to do something unnecessary. I'll miss Mary but I'll be happy to never deal with that staff again.”

“To leave a proper review for this company, I must first explain a little of where I was at in life. I have searched for solutions to my depression, mood fluctuations, and anxiety since I was around 12 years old. I have tried so many medications, ketamine treatment, and I've been in emdr counseling for years now. I was starting to really lose hope with only a couple of medications left to try, since all the others caused horrible side effects, due to my bodies sensitivity to meds. When I was recommended TMS treatment, I was weary and wasn't sure what would happen. However, I needed hope, I needed to at least try it. The first two weeks were hard, due to the sensativity I had with the treatment at first, but I noticed a fast change in all my symptoms, even anxiety, so I continued it. I noticed an increase in symptoms after the remapping for a few days, but as that went away, I noticed how much I had healed, and how much better I felt. There were bouts of doubt, but as I continued to go, my brain continued to feel more at peace. As issues came up, McKenna and the team were there for me through it all. They were accessible, flexible, and committed to keeping me safe, comforted, and supported the entire way through. I would not choose anywhere else for this treatment other than Bella-Nicole for this reason. It can be hard at first when it comes to this teeatment, it's uncomfortable and different, but the team here seriously care so deeply. “When I went to them the appointment I was told was a therapy appointment which was a lie was to see a psychiatrist I had already scheduled this appointment two weeks in advance. From the moment i walked in the door the receptionists were extremely rude and were giving me dirty looks The psychiatrist Mary hadnt reviewed any paperwork i was required to fill out online before my appointment she was extremely rude and disrespectful didn't listen to me and tried to diagnose and medicate me in under 30 minutes the medication she tried to put me on is on my cannot take list due to severe reactions. When I had already told her I cannot take it she then proceeded to try to convince me to take it and when I refused she looked at me like the worst person on the planet.i would not recommend going here.”
